7. Bow Stance Right Chopping Palm (Hu Pu Shi - Tiger Pounces on Prey)Right foot drops forward into a Right Bow Stance , upper body leans slightly forward. Right hand changes to palm and chops downward in front of the right knee, using the ulnar edge (little finger side) as the power point , palm facing backward and downward. Left Tiger Palm draws back beside the left ear, palm facing forward. Eyes watch the right palm (Fig 9).Key Points: Stepping forward and the chopping palm must be coordinated.

8. Horizontal Elbow Strike & Snap Punch (Heng Duan Da Chui - Horizontal Intercepting Strike)① Right foot steps southward , face south, forming a Double Bow Stance . Simultaneously, the tightly bent right elbow strikes horizontally from right to left as the step lands. Right hand changes to fist, fist-palm facing right. Left palm adheres to the back of the right wrist. Eyes watch the right elbow (Fig 10①). ② Without pausing, the right fist flips over (elbow rotates), snapping forward and upward, power focused on the back of the fist , fist-palm facing up. Left palm unchanged. Eyes watch the right fist (Fig 10②).Key Points: Changing stance, elbow strike, and snap punch must be flowing and swift.

9. Double Bow Stance Chain Punches (Lian Zhu Chui - String of Pearls Punches)① Stance unchanged. Left hand forms a Single Pearl Fist (a specialized fist form) and spirals inward (neixuan ) as it punches forward and upward, fist height level with nose, fist-palm facing down. Right Single Pearl Fist draws back slightly in front of the chest, fist-palm facing backward. Right Single Pearl Fist draws back in front of the chest, fist-palm facing backward. 10. Bow Stance Left Block & Right Push Palm (Hu Tao Xin - Tiger Plucks the Heart)① Upper body turns 90° left. Left foot takes a half-step eastward , forming a Left Bow Stance . Simultaneously: - Left arm rotates outward (waixuan ), left hand changes to fist. Bend elbow and draw inward, passing in front of the abdomen moving right, then forward, then outward to the left in a blocking motion. Fist stops shoulder height. - Right hand changes to fist, sweeps horizontally left, bends at elbow and draws inward, passing in front of the abdomen to chamber at the right waist, fist-palm facing up. Eyes watch the left fist (Fig 12①). ② Without pausing, right foot steps forward, forming a Right Bow Stance . Simultaneously: - Right fist changes to Tiger Fist and pushes forward from the right waist, palm higher than shoulder, palm facing forward. - Left fist changes to Tiger Palm, bends elbow, and draws back in front of the left shoulder, palm facing forward. Eyes watch the right fist (Fig 12②).Key Points: The left blocking fist and right pushing palm must be powerful.

11. Double Bow Stance Left Block & Right Thrust Punch (Dang Xin Chui - Heart-Striking Hammer)① Upper body turns 90° left, face north, forming a Double Bow Stance . Simultaneously: - Left arm rotates outward (waixuan ), left hand changes to fist. Drop downward, passing in front of the abdomen moving right, then forward, then outward to the left in a blocking motion. Fist stops chest height. - Right arm rotates outward (waixuan ), right hand changes to fist. Sweep horizontally left, bend elbow and draw inward, passing in front of the abdomen to chamber at the right waist, fist-palm facing up. Eyes watch the left fist (Fig 13①). ② Immediately following the above movement, right foot steps forward (north), forming a Double Bow Stance . Simultaneously, right fist thrusts forward from the waist, fist slightly lower than shoulder, fist-palm facing down. Left fist changes to Tiger Palm, bends elbow, and draws back in front of the left shoulder, palm facing right. Eyes watch the right fist (Fig 13②).Key Points: The turn and left blocking fist must be rapid.

12. Double Bow Stance Right Block & Left Chopping Palm (Dan Bian Zhang - Single Whip Palm)① Stance unchanged. Right arm rotates outward (waixuan ), bends elbow. Right fist draws inward, passing in front of the abdomen moving left, then forward, then outward to the right in a blocking motion. Fist stops chest height, fist-palm facing up. Left arm rotates outward (waixuan ), left hand changes to fist. Move forward, then arc rightward, passing in front of the abdomen to chamber at the left waist, fist-palm facing up. Eyes watch the right fist (Fig 14①). ② Immediately following the above movement, left foot steps forward, forming a Double Bow Stance . Simultaneously: - Left fist changes to palm and chops forward and downward, using the ulnar edge (little finger side) as the power point , palm height level with waist, palm facing down, fingers pointing right. - Right fist changes to Tiger Palm, bends elbow, and draws back in front of the right shoulder, palm facing forward.
