19. Horse Stance Punch Downward(Shuang Hu Chui - Double Tiger Hammers)① Right foot retreats step northeast . Body turns 90° right, face west . Both legs bend knees to form a Horse Stance . Simultaneously, both Tiger Palms change to fists and draw back. They thrust forward and downward from the waist, height level with knees, both fist-palms facing backward and downward. Eyes watch both fists (Fig 21①).
② Immediately following the previous movement, stance unchanged. Both arms rotate outward (waixuan ). Both fists lift upward then chop forcefully downward. Both elbows bend, both forearms parallel to the ground, both fist-palms facing up. Eyes watch both fists (Fig 21②).Key Points: Turning the body, changing stance, and the double thrust punch must be completed simultaneously.

20. Double Bow Stance Right Thrusting Palm(Ye Qu Lu - Night Plucks the Road)① Left foot steps half a step forward, center of gravity slightly rises. Left fist changes to Tiger Palm: twists inward, upward, then outward in a twisting grab . Left elbow bends, left palm height level with shoulder, "tiger's mouth" facing forward, palm facing down. Right fist remains unchanged. Eyes watch the left palm (Fig 22①).
② Immediately following the previous movement, right foot steps forward into a Double Bow Stance . Right fist changes to Spear Fingers Palm and thrusts directly forward, power focused on the fingertips , palm slightly higher than shoulder, palm facing left. Left hand remains unchanged. Eyes watch the right palm (Fig 22②).

21. Double Bow Stance Left Thrusting Palm(Ye Qu Lu - Night Plucks the Road)① Stance unchanged. Right Spear Fingers Palm changes to Tiger Palm: moves downward, leftward, then outward in a twisting grab . Elbow bends, palm height level with shoulder, "tiger's mouth" facing forward, palm facing down. Left palm remains unchanged. Eyes watch the right palm (Fig 23①).
② Immediately following the previous movement, left foot steps forward into a Double Bow Stance . Simultaneously, left Tiger Palm changes to Spear Fingers Palm and thrusts directly forward, height level with shoulder, palm facing right. Right hand withdraws slightly, hand shape unchanged. Eyes watch the left palm (Fig 23②).Key Points: Extending the left and right hands must be swift and powerful.

22. Double Bow Stance Right Thrusting Palm(Ye Qu Lu - Night Plucks the Road)① Stance unchanged. Left Spear Fingers Palm changes to Tiger Palm: moves downward, rightward, then outward in a twisting grab . Elbow bends, palm height level with shoulder, "tiger's mouth" facing forward, palm facing down. Right palm remains unchanged. Eyes watch the left palm (Fig 24①).

23. Double Bow Stance Thrusting Palm & Double Chopping Palm(Dao Cha Liu Zhi - Downward Thrusting Willow)① Left foot steps forward into a Double Bow Stance . Simultaneously, left Tiger Palm moves downward, rightward, upward, then leftward in a twisting grab at the wrist . Palm height level with shoulder, "tiger's mouth" facing forward, palm facing down. Right palm bends elbow, draws back and rests near the right waist, palm facing left. Eyes watch the left palm (Fig 25①).
② Immediately following the previous movement, body twists left (zuo ning ). Right arm rotates inward (neixuan ). Right palm thrusts fiercely down in front of the left knee, power focused on the fingertips , palm facing right. Left palm remains unchanged. Eyes watch the right palm (Fig 25②).
③ Center of gravity shifts slightly back. Body turns slightly right. Both hands change to palms. Right arm rotates outward (waixuan ), right palm bends elbow and lifts upward in front of the right shoulder, palm facing up. Left palm swings rightward and stops in front of the right chest, palm facing down, fingers of both hands pointing right. Eyes watch both palms (Fig 25③).
④ Immediately following the previous movement, body twists right (you ning ). Both palms chop forcefully toward the left front, using the ulnar edge (little finger side) as the impact point , palms height level with chest. Right palm faces up, left palm faces down. Eyes watch both palms (Fig 25④).Key Points: The movements must be performed in one continuous motion, fast and coherent.


24. Double Bow Stance Thrusting Palm & Double Chopping Palm(Meng Hu Qu Shi - Fierce Tiger Takes Prey)① Right foot steps forward into a Double Bow Stance . Simultaneously, right hand changes to Tiger Palm: moves downward, leftward, upward, then rightward in a twisting grab at the wrist . Right elbow bends, palm height level with shoulder, "tiger's mouth" facing forward, palm facing down. Left palm draws back near the left waist, palm facing up. Eyes watch the right hand (Fig 26①).
